2. What data we process and where it comes from

Through the contact form we collect the data you voluntarily provide: name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message. Together with the message we record the date and the IP address from which it is sent, for security and abuse-prevention purposes.

Fields marked as required are necessary to handle your request; if you do not provide them, we will not be able to process it.

3. Purpose

To answer your enquiry or request for information about our services and, where applicable, to manage the publication of a memorial that you ask us to publish. We do not create profiles or take automated decisions.

4. Legal basis

Your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the acceptance box and submitting the form and, where your enquiry concerns contracting a service, the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Article 6.1.b). You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before. The IP address is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in the security of the website (Article 6.1.f).

5. Retention period

We will keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, once handled, blocked for the limitation periods of any legal liabilities. If your enquiry leads to a contract for a service, your data will be processed under the contractual relationship, of which you will be informed at that time.

6. Recipients and transfers

We do not disclose your data to third parties except where legally required. Providers of web hosting and email services access the data only as processors under the corresponding contract. We do not make international data transfers.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@cementeriomascotas.es or by post to the address above, proving your identity.

If you believe the processing does not comply with the rules, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Minors

This website is not aimed at children under 14. Minors of that age must not provide us with personal data without the consent of their parents or guardians (Article 7 LOPDGDD).

9. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures (Article 32 GDPR): encrypted connection (HTTPS), protection of the form against automated submissions, restricted access to data, and no cookies or third-party services on the website.
